Who is MementoFlow for?

MementoFlow is designed for professional event photographers and event teams who select, sell and produce photographs while an event is still in progress.

Does it need an internet connection at the venue?

The event workflow is designed to operate on your own Windows network without relying on venue internet. Sales stations still connect to the local MementoFlow server over your LAN.

Can customers choose photographs themselves?

The current workflow is operator-led. Customers review their shortlist and chosen products on a dedicated second display while your team keeps control of the sale.

Which products can it support?

The product catalogue can include standard prints, multi-print bundles, reusable sheet layouts and framed products. Your catalogue and production layouts remain centrally controlled.

What happens if a connection or print job is interrupted?

MementoFlow preserves unfinished work and separates order confirmation, print dispatch and physical completion. It is designed to avoid duplicate orders or automatic reprints after an uncertain result.
