Business terms

MementoFlow is supplied by Pipe IT Consultancy Limited to business customers. A demo request or portal licence request does not create an order automatically. The contract is formed when Pipe IT accepts the order or issues the agreed licence after payment.

What an order records

The accepted order identifies the licensed server, Sales Client band, Capture Station allowance, optional features, fixed term, GBP price and VAT. Unless an order expressly says otherwise, fixed-term licences do not renew automatically.

Software licence

Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for its internal business operations during the order term. It must not sell, rent, sublicense, transfer or bypass the Software or licence key, except where applicable law or a third-party licence expressly permits an activity.

Customer content

Customers retain their rights in photographs and other content and are responsible for attendee notices, permissions, lawful processing, access controls and backups. Hosted processing requires the applicable privacy terms and data-processing addendum.

Payment, delivery and cancellation

Invoices are payable by the date shown and activation may wait for cleared payment. A request may be withdrawn before acceptance. Later cancellation or reduction requires written agreement, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support and compatibility

Customers are responsible for suitable hardware, operating systems, networks, third-party drivers and recovery planning. Support, implementation and service levels apply only where an order or support schedule includes them.

Consumer purchases

The current sales process is for purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes. We do not accept consumer orders through the customer portal.
