This notice explains how Pipe IT Consultancy Limited, as the operator of the MementoFlow brand, handles information submitted through this website. Pipe IT Consultancy Limited is the data controller for the public MementoFlow sales site and demo-request form.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, business or organisation, role, event types and the message you provide. Our hosting provider also processes limited technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a relevant demonstration and keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not use demo-request information for unrelated automated marketing.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective business customers and taking steps towards a potential business relationship.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by service providers that support the website and email delivery, including Vercel and Mailgun. The demo form is configured to use Mailgun’s European service endpoint. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the conversation, meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records. We periodically review and remove information that is no longer needed.
